A fully and rapidly reusable kinetic model rocket launch system, inspired by SpinLaunch. This project uses a high - speed rotating arm powered by a 3.8 kW motor to accelerate a 1 kg rocket to 1 km altitude - without any chemical propulsion. Critical components such as electromagnet mounts and motor couplers are CNC machined to withstand extreme centrifugal forces. The custom-built steel frame is welded from 40×40 mm tubing and filled with a sand-water mix for added stability. This system aims to be the world's first fully and rapidly reusable model rocket launch platform.
